Sign up to UsabilityHub with your Google account
We’ve made it easier than ever to sign up to UsabilityHub using your Google account.

We’re always looking for ways to make UsabilityHub easier to use, including how to make it easier to access. Our mission is to democratize user experience research. To do that, it should be easy to sign up and create an account so you can start testing your designs right away.
We also know that it can be a pain to create and safely store passwords for the various tools we now use daily as part of our work. If anything, those tools are increasing as many of have shifted to working from home or with more distributed/online-only teams.
So, we’ve made a change to our sign up process. One you’re probably pretty familiar with — we’re allowing you to now sign up with Google.

For those of you who already have accounts with us — you can’t convert your username/password account to a Google account just yet. It’s coming! But for anyone who has considered signing up and hasn’t yet, it’s now only a couple of clicks away.
Signing up with your Google account means you no longer need to choose a password, and you can log in with Google securely as well. If you choose to invite team members to join you, they can sign up with Google too.

If you create a UsabilityHub account with your Google account, you won’t be able to change your password or email in the settings pages. That would just be confusing!
So if you haven’t signed up yet, or you were thinking of inviting some of your team to join your account, now’s the time. We wish you a simple and smooth experience, and happy testing!
